To create pathways to health, healing, independence, and community for underserved individuals and veterans by bringing essential services, resources, education, and supportive environments directly to the communities that need them most.
What we do
We remove barriers to care by developing accessible spaces for oral healthcare, wellness, recovery, veteran support, education, recreation, counseling, and community connection, and by helping people navigate the services and benefits available to them.
Who we serve
Underserved individuals and veterans, particularly in rural and underserved communities, where geography, income, disability, recovery status, or a lack of knowledge would otherwise stand between a person and the care they need.
